Crock Pot Cheddar Cheese Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 lb cheddar cheese cubed or possibly shredded
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 Tbsp. sherry (optional)
  • 1 1/4 c. half-and-half Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Put first 5 ingredients in the crockpot; cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hrs. Add in half and half; cook 20 min more, till heated through. Taste and adjust seasonings.
