Crock Pot Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  • 8 slices white bread, cubed
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

  1. Place bread cubes in a well greased crock pot. In a bowl mix sugar, melted butter, well beaten Large eggs and lowfat milk. Beat till smooth. Stir in raisins and nutmeg. Pour over cubes and mix lightly. Cook on high for 1 hour. Turn to low for 3 to 4 hrs or possibly bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  2. Cook sauce and pour over pudding just before serving.
