Ingredients
- 2 lbs. pork spare ribs
- 2 c. smoked barbeque sauce
- 1 med. onion
- 2 garlic cloves
Directions
- Broil ribs 20 min each side. Slice ribs in separate bone sections. Place in crock pot with 2 c. smoked barbecue sauce. Chop onion and mash garlic. Add in to crock pot. Stir. Simmer low 6-8 hrs or possibly high 3 hrs.
