Ingredients
- 2 x skinless boneless chicken breast halved
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp. corn oil
- 1 med onion minced
- 1 sm red pepper minced
- 3 x cloves garlic chopped
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 14Â 1/2 ounce tomatoes, canned minced
- 10 ounce frzn peas
- 2 c. cooked rice
Directions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika. In medium skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add in chicken and brown. Put chicken in Crock Pot.
- In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients except the peas. Pour over chicken. Cover; cook on Low 7 to 9 hrs (High 3 to 4 hrs). One hour before serving, add in peas. Serve over cooked rice.
