Ingredients
2 x 14 ounce. cans white beans
2 x 14 ounce. cans garbanzo beans, liquid removed
2 x 14 ounce. cans red kidney beans, liquid removed
1/4 lb Green beans
1 c. Arugula, minced
1 x Cucumber, diced
1/4 c. Basil leaves
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 c. Lemon juice
Directions
Directions: In a small bowl, whisk together the mustard, oil and lemon juice. Add in remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
