- 1/2 pound grnd beef
- 1/2 pound grnd pork
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Original Ranch dressing mix
- 6 doz. wonton skins
- 2 egg whites, beaten
- Vegetable oil for deep frying
- 2 c. prepared ranch salad dressing
Directions
- In large bowl, combine beef, pork, onions, cornstarch, soy sauce, and dry salad mix; stir well. Place a small mound of mix in center of each wonton skin. With your fingers, rub a bit of egg white on top of 2 edges of wonton skin. Press skin together in half to create triangle, making sure skin is sealed on all sides. Place 2 long points of triangle on top of each other and seal with egg white. Deep fry till golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with prepared salad dressing for dipping.
