Ingredients
- 800 gm tilapia fillet cut into thumb-size slices White of 1 egg Sprig of coriander chop finely
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar Pepper Cornstarch
- 300 gm flour
- 50 gm cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 x egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. veg. oil
- 4 x soup bowls veg. oil Marinate fillet for about 20 min.
Directions
- Heat oil. Dip fillet into batter and deep-fry until golden.
