Ingredients

  • Ingredients for the Rhubarb Filling:
  • 1/2 pound rhubarb (about 2 cups ½-inch diced)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Luckily I was left with almost 1/4 cup of rhubarb filling & decided to make us a rhubarb cooler drink,
  • 2 Tsp Rhubarb Filling
  • 1 Tsp Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Sugar
