Ingredients
- 10 fryers, cut pcs
- 3 tbsp. chili pwdr
- 3 teaspoon thyme
- 4 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 4 1/2 c. flour
- 4 1/2 c. meal
- 6 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoon oregano
- 1 1/2 c. Parmesan
- 3/4 c. butter
Directions
- Heat butter in large pan or possibly roaster. Salt chicken. Dip in lowfat milk then in bag where dry ingredients are mixed. Set oven at 400 and bake uncovered for about 25 min. Turn at least once. Cook till brown on both sides. About 100 serving pcs.
