Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine dry ingredients and place on a large piece of paper. Dip chicken pcs in egg and then in corn flake mix; press mix into chicken so which it adheres well. Place prepared pcs on baking tray sprayed with Pam and drizzle a little corn oil over them. Bake 25-30 min; turn them over and bake for an additional 15-20 min.
