Directions

  1. Crush noodles with a rolling pin and pour into a pie plate. Heat butter on low heat and remove from stove. Add in next 3 ingredients and mix well.
  2. Rinse and dry chicken pcs and brush both sides with honey mix, then roll in noodles. Place in a 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Add in extra noodles to top of pcs. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees on lower shelf. Makes 4-6 servings.
