Ingredients

  • 1 c. softened butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c. uncooked oats
  • 1 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. minced pecans

Directions

  1. Cream butter, gradually add in sugars, beating well at medium speed of mixer. Add in egg and beat well, add in oil and vanilla, mixing well. Combine flour, soda and salt, add in to creamed mix mixing well. Stir in oats and remaining ingredients. Shape dough into 1" balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten each ball with tines of fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 min.
