Directions

  1. Beat egg, water, salt and pepper in shallow bowl till smooth.
  2. Put bread crumbs into shallow dish.
  3. Heat margarine in non-stick frying pan.
  4. Dip minute steak into egg mix, then into crumbs. Lay crumbed steak on waxed paper.
  5. Press with your hand to ensure crumbs stay on.
  6. Add in to frying pan. Brown both sides, cooking to degree of desired doneness.
  7. Serves 4
