  1. In bowl, combine first 4 ingredients and 1 tsp salt. With fork, stir in oil and 3/4 C water till dough comes together. On floured surface, knead dough 2 minutes or possibly till smooth. Wrap and refrigerate1 hr. Heat grill to high for direct heat or possibly heat oven to 425F. Divide dough into 16 pcs. On floured surface, roll out dough as thinly as possible. Place on grill or possibly on ungreased baking sheet in oven. Sprinkle with remaining salt and coat with extra virgin olive oil cooking spray; cook 4 minutes, turning once, or possibly till golden brown.
