This is for kids and kids at heart! Delicious breakfast recipe to make any day of the week as you can do up to the crunchy coating and leave in frig overnight!

Directions

  1. Melt butter in large low sided skillet
  2. Mix together eggs, milk, spices, vanilla and salt
  3. Beat together cream cheese and peanutbutter
  4. Make sandwiches with 2 slices of bread
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture on one side and jelly on the other
  6. put sandwiches together
  7. Dip in egg mixture and at this point you can let this sit in frig overnight in a glass pan or go directly to next step
  8. Dredge sandwiches in crushed cereal and pan fry until crispy on each side. About 3 to 5 mins on each side.
  9. If this is not a sweet enough french toast, you can serve with maple syrup or dust with powdered sugar
