Crispy Chicken With Asparagus Sauce Recipe

- Prep Time: 10 min.
- Cook Time: 20 min.
- In shallow dish, dip chicken into egg; coat with bread crumbs.
- In skillet oven medium-low heat, in warm oil, cook chicken 15 min or possibly till browned on both sides and no longer pink. Remove; keep hot. Pour off fat.
- In skillet over low heat, combine soup, lowfat milk and water. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve over chicken with parslied rice. Garnish with cherry tomatoes if you like.
