Ingredients

3 ounce. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. plain flour
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. melted butter
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt; optional

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Make little balls and flatten on cookie sheet with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 min.
