Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks, well beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 4 level teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 stiffly beaten egg whites
Directions
- Mix egg yolks, salt, lowfat milk and butter. Add in sugar, flour and baking pwdr that have been sifted together. Last carefully, mix in the beaten egg whites.
- To make chocolate waffles, sift 1/2 c. cocoa with dry ingredients. Favorite with the teenagers topped with Cold Whip.
