Crescent Roll Breakfast Bake Recipe

This would be great to make ahead the night before and then just pop in the oven.

Ingredients

  • 1 lg. can Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1 pound sausage, browned and liquid removed well
  • 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper or possibly to taste

Directions

  1. Press crescent rolls into the bottom of a 9x13 inch buttered pan.
  2. Sprinkle with cooked sausage, then the 2 cups of Mozzarella cheese.
  3. Mix large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour over other ingredients.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min or until set.
  6. Let stand 5 min before serving.
