Directions

  1. Heat butter in saucepan & stir in lime juice, thyme & sasafrass. Stir in jalapeno pepper & simmer for 5 min. Add in shrimp meat & sugar.
  2. Simmer & stir for 10 min. Butter a pate mold & fill with the mix. Cold then chill. To serve: Unmold & arrange on a plate.
  3. Serve with toast & raw vegetable slices.
