Ingredients
- 1 pkg. brownie mix
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 tbsp. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 2-3 tbsp. creme de menthe
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 4 tbsp. lowfat milk
Directions
- Make brownie mix according to package directions. Cold thoroughly. Blend together butter, pudding mix, powdered sugar, and creme de menthe. Mix thoroughly and frost brownies. Refrigerate30 min. Boil together rest of ingredients for 30 seconds. Remove from heat. Beat in 1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips. Pour over green layer. Store in refrigerator. May be frzn.
