Directions

  1. Toss apples with lemon juice, then 2 Tbsp. of the Bisquick. Arrange in buttered 10" pie plate. In a blender, combine remaining ingredients, except the crumb topping. Blend on low 3 min, let stand 5 min, then pour over apples; top with crumb topping. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 min till golden brown. Cold. Garnish or possibly serve with ice cream or possibly whipped cream.
