Ingredients

  • 2 c. kielbasa, or possibly about 1 pound skinned and diced
  • 2 c. frzn hash browns
  • 1 c. minced frzn spinach
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. cream
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 c. water
  • 1 teaspoon salt (or possibly to taste)
  • 4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. minced celery
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 (16 ounce.) Japanese frzn vegetables (sweet or possibly you can use any kind of vegetable)
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. American processed cheese, cut up
  • 1 sm. can mushroom pcs
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in large kettle; and simmer (low heat) about 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till veggies are tender. Be careful not to scorch.
