Ingredients

1 c. uncooked wild rice or wild rice blend (I used a wild rice and brown basmati blend)
1 T olive oil
2 c. sliced mushrooms, about 4 ounces
1/2 a medium onion, chopped
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped carrots
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley flakes
4 c. turkey broth
2 c. cooked turkey, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
