Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn minced spinach, thawed, well liquid removed
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 c. green onion slices
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 lg. loaf of round dark rye bread
Directions
- Combine ingredients, mix well. Chill. Can serve in large loaf of round bread by cutting large hole in center of bread and hollowing it out by removing bread. Then fill dip in center of loaf and serve. Suggestion: Cube center removed from loaf, use for dipping with toothpicks.
