Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) pie shell
- 1 (16 ounce.) can pumpkin
- 1 (14 ounce.) Eagle Brand lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425. Mix ingredients. Bake these for 15 min then reduce heat to 350 and bake 35 to 40 min longer. It is done when knife inserted comes out clean.
