Ingredients
- 1 TBS unsalted butter
- 3 carrots, peeled and diced
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 1 large sweet onion, diced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- approx. 3 lbs. white potatoes, peeled and diced
- 64 oz. chicken broth
- 2 cups half and half
- 3 TBS all purpose flour
- 8 oz. shredded white cheddar cheese
- 2 - 14 oz. packages of Hillshire Farm® Polska Kielbasa, diced (I used Hillshire Farm® Turkey Polska Kielbasa)
- salt and pepper, to taste
