Ingredients

  • 1 (32 ounce.) bag frzn hash brown potatoes
  • 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 4 ounce. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 ounce. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes, for topping

Directions

  1. Defrost potatoes. Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Combine all ingredients, except topping. Mix gently. Sprinkle corn flakes on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
