Ingredients
- 5 lbs. potatoes
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 tbs. butter
- Dashes of salt
- Dashes of black pepper
- Dashes of garlic powder
Directions
- Skin and boil potatoes until fork tender.
- Drain and place in deep bowl while still hot. Add the butter, sour cream and milk and spices and mash.
- You may adjust the milk and sour cream to your liking.
