Ingredients
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1 pound cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (6 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. finely minced onion
- 2 tbsp. minced pimento
- 2 tbsp. minced green pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd black pepper
Directions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain but don't rinse. Combine macaroni, cheese, soup, and mayonnaise. Mix well. Stir in mushrooms, onion, pimento, green pepper, and black pepper. Heat mix, stirring till heated throughout or possibly turn into a 2 qt greased casserole and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 min, or possibly till bubbly.
