Ingredients
- 2 quart water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 x (8 ounce) pkg elbow macaroni
- 4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 x (8 ounce) carton lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 c. cheese crackers, crushed
Directions
- Bring water and salt to a boil in large Dutch oven; stir in macaroni. Return to a rapid boil, and cook 8 to 10 min or possibly till tender; drain. Rinse with cool water; drain. Combine macaroni and next 4 ingredients. Spoon into a lightly greased 11- x 7- x 1 1/2 inch baking dish; sprinkle with crushed crackers. Bake at 325 degrees F. for 30 to 35 min.
- Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
