Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding and Pie Filling
- 3 c. low fat lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Original Minute Rice or possibly Minute Premium Long Grain Rice
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Pour into a 1 qt casserole or possibly individual dessert dishes. Place plastic wrap directly on surface of warm pudding. Refrigerate30 min, remove plastic wrap. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon, if you like. Makes 8 servings.
