Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. scallions, minced
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 to 6 drops Tabasco sauce
- 2 med. ripe avocados
Directions
- In medium bowl, beat cream cheese till smooth. Stir in cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper, Tabasco sauce and scallions; blend well. Peel and pit avocado. Mash and add in to cheese mix. Blend well.
