Ingredients
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 tbsp. lowfat milk (or possibly more)
- 1 clove garlic (chopped or possibly pressed)
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream (optional)
- 1 tbsp. grated onion
Directions
- Stir together all ingredients. Cover and chill. Makes 1 c..
- Creamy Onion: Substitute 1 Tbsp. grated onion in place of garlic.
