Creamy Egg Salad Recipe

Ingredients

2 hard boiled large eggs, minced 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese 1/4 teaspoon dill weed 1/8 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

1/2 c. minced celery 2 teaspoon onion flakes 2 teaspoon lemon juice Pepper to taste

Directions

1. Put together all ingredients except large eggs and mix till well blended. Add in large eggs and refrigerate before serving. Prepare before camping and keep in your cooler - makes delicious sandwiches.
