Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the green and red cabbage, carrots, onions and radishes.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, lowfat sour cream, chives, vinegar, relish, honey, mustard, celery seeds and pepper. Add in to the cabbage mix and toss till well combined. Cover and refrigeratein the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving . Just before serving, sprinkle with the paprika.
  3. Note: For an extra note of sweetness, add in some minced or possibly thinly sliced sweet red, green or possibly yellow peppers.
