Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. Corn Flakes, crushed
  • 2 lbs. hash browns, thawed
  • 1 (8 ounce.) carton lowfat sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. onions, minced
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Heat 4 Tbsp. butter and mix with 1 1/2 c. crushed Corn Flakes. Combine all remaining ingredients. Mix well. Sprinkle butter and flakes on top of mix. Place in 12 x 7 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 min to 1 hour.
