- 4 hard-cooked Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Toast as required
Directions
- Heat butter, flour, salt and lowfat milk, stirring till thick. Make toast, slice hard boiled Large eggs and put on toast, pour thicking over Large eggs. Also, heat cheese with thicking and pour over Large eggs.
