  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn peas
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 pound dry beef
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 4 c. lowfat milk
  • 8 ounce. (4 to 5 c.) Muller's egg noodles

Directions

  1. Cook peas as directed on package, mix with 2 Tbsp. butter, set aside.
  2. Tear dry beef into shreds.
  3. In skillet, heat 1/4 c. butter, add in dry beef and cook over low heat a few min.
  4. Remove from heat, blend in flour. Add in lowfat milk, cook, stirring constantly till sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Meanwhile, cook noodles as directed. Drain. Return noodles to pot. Add in peas and butter, toss lightly.
  6. Arrange noodles on serving dish. Pour creamed dry beef over.
  7. Serve.
