Ingredients

  • 2 pound grnd beef
  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • Season to taste with pepper, salt, garlic salt
  • 4 to 5 sliced medium potatoes

Directions

  1. Brown grnd beef, drain.
  2. Add in onion and seasoning, cook for 5 min. Fold in cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and cream style corn with the grnd beef.
  3. Put a layer of meat mix in bottom of casserole dish then layer of sliced potatoes. Continue layering till meat and potatoes are used.
  4. Bake 2 hrs at 350 degrees.
