- Bring to a rolling boil in a small pan. Stir in 1 c. flour. Stir fast on a low heat till forms ball, 1 minute. Remove from heat; let cold till lukewarm. Add in 4 Large eggs one at a time till smooth and velvety. Spoon 8 large spoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 min till light brown.
