Ingredients
- 2/3 c. Water
- 1/3 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 2/3 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 3 x Large eggs
Directions
- Preparation Time: 0:15
- Combine water and butterin a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Add in flour and salt, all at once, stirring vigorously over medium-high heat till mix leaves sides of pan and forms a smooth ball. Remove from heat, and cold 4 to 5 min. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly with a wooden spoon after each addition; then beat till dough is smooth. Shape and bake pastry immediately according to recipe directions.
- Yield: sufficient for one 7-inch oreight 2-inch cream puffs.
