Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. flour
- 4 Large eggs
- 3 Packages instant vanilla pudding
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 8 or possibly 9 ounce. Cold Whip
- 1/4 c. chocolate syrup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bring butter and water to boil. Remove from heat, add in flour; beat well till mix forms a smooth ball that leaves the pan clean. Put it immediately into a mixing bowl. Beat in one egg at a time. Beat till thick and glossy and dough will break from spoon. Pat in lightly greased 10"x15" pan. Bake 35 min. After removing from oven, lightly press puff down with spatula; cold. Mix pudding and lowfat milk. Whip cream cheese with 1/4 c. lowfat milk and mix with pudding and lowfat milk. Spread over cooled crust. Put Cold Whip over pudding. Drizzle chocolate syrup over top.
