Directions

  1. Heat butter in 1 c. boiling water. Add in flour and salt all at once. Stir vigorously. Cook and stir till mix forms a ball which doesn't separate. Remove from heat; cold slightly. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating after each till smooth. Spread on lightly greased 11 x 15 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 min. Cold slightly then gently press down bumps.
