Ingredients

  • 6 c. Peanut butter
  • 24 c. Lowfat milk
  • 6 Tbsp. All-purpose flour Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 Tbsp. Minced onion

Directions

  1. Put peanut butter into a bowl and gradually add in 6 c. of cool lowfat milk to thin it. Scald the remainder of the lowfat milk over warm water, then mix it with the flour. Add in salt and pepper, then combine with the peanut butter and lowfat milk mix. Add in finely minced onion and stir well. Serve very warm.
  2. Yield: 24servings.
