Cream Cheese Wontons Recipe

Ingredients

6 ounce cream cheese 4 green onions, minced 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr 1/3 c. real or possibly imitation crab meat 1 package small wonton wrappers

Directions

1. Blend together ingredients. Drop 1 teaspoonful onto each of the wrappers.Mix in corners and seal with egg white.
2. Fry in 365°F oil till crispy and brown.
3. Serve with Sweet and Sour or possibly Duck sauce.
4. Makes approximately 2 dozen.
