Ingredients: 4 ounce Cream cheese; 3/4 tsp Grated onion; 1/4 c. Homemade mayonnaise; 1 Tbsp. Minced chives; 1/4 tsp Cayenne; 1/8 c. Parmesan cheese; 1/2 sm Loaf white bread

Ingredients

4 ounce Cream cheese
3/4 tsp Grated onion
1/4 c. Homemade mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. Minced chives
1/4 tsp Cayenne
1/8 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 sm Loaf white bread

Directions

In a small bowl combine first six ingredients and mix well. Cut bread into circles (11/2-inches round) and spread each with cheese mix. Bake in 350 F oven for 15 min: longer for crisper puff. The bread may be cut and spread with cheese mix and then frzn. Bake when ready to use.
Yields 2 dozen puffs.
