Ingredients: 1 pkg. Pillsbury fudge cake; 1 1/2 c. water; 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream; 2 large eggs, beaten; 8 ounce cream cheese; 2 large eggs; 1/2 c. sugar; 1 c. coconut; 1 pkg. Pillsbury Rich and Easy frosting mix; 3 ounce cream cheese; 1/4 pound butter; 1/3 c. lukewarm water; Marshmallows, cherries and nuts (optional)

1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
2 large eggs, beaten
8 ounce cream cheese
2 large eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 pkg. Pillsbury Rich and Easy frosting mix
3 ounce cream cheese
1/4 pound butter
1/3 c. lukewarm water
Marshmallows, cherries and nuts (optional)

Directions

Mix together first 4 ingredients. Put 1/2 batter in pan. Cream together filling ingredients. Put all of filling on top of 1/2 batter. Place remaining batter on top of filling.
