Ingredients
- 2 lb confectioner's sugar
- 1/4 lb butter (one stick), no substitutes
- 1/2 lb (8 ounce.) cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Cream butter & cream cheese. Add in sugar and vanilla. Form into balls and refrigeratefor several hrs. Coat with chocolate which has been melted over a double boiler. Place on waxed paper lined cookie sheets till hard. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator. Best if brought to room temperature before serving.
