  1. Let cream cheese sit out at room temperature till easy to make a ball with it. Chop green onion and beef and mix with cheese ball. Then chop more beef to put on outside of cheese ball so which it looks nice. Decorate with parsley on the plate. Put crackers around cheese ball and serve at a party!
